About Neil and Jacky

Neil Robson

Neil is the proprietor of Neil's Gallery and Framing. He offers a bespoke framing service, digital photo print service and a selection of original traditional and contemporary paintings by Yorkshire artists.

Neil is a talented landscape photographer and printer with a passion for seascapes and the wilder places. He enjoys dabbling with paint too, particularly acrylics.

Jacky Santon

Jacky studied Design Textiles and Fashion at York Art College, gaining Diploma Membership of the Society of Industrial Artists and Designers. She then worked as a buyer for a fashion store on the High Street, and then for Aquascutum, London.

Moving back to North Yorkshire, Jacky developed a strong interest in photography, and learnt the art of darkroom wet printing. Jacky’s own artwork is limited now, and instead she gets great pleasure in helping young people start up their own arts businesses through her work for The Prince's Trust, and also in showcasing the work of talented artists and designers of all ages, through Ebbing Tide.
